INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY & COUNSELLING

'The purpose of existential therapy is to offer the
client a place/relationship where they can make an
examination of their life with a view to making choices
based on enhanced understanding or insight.'

Irvin Yalom

I work as a psychotherapist within the existential tradition, which takes a philosophical approach to therapy. Existential therapy will clarify your understanding of yourself and your life circumstances. It may also assist you through a specific life crisis and in becoming better at handling difficult relationships. Together we shall explore what matters most deeply to you in life and tackle what is most problematic.

I offer a wide range of psychotherapy and personal development work from within this perspective, dealing with issues around anxiety, depression and life direction. I have a particular interest in issues around isolation and identity, as well as expertise in working with clients presenting long-term psychiatric disorder, eating disorders, panic attacks and impotence.

My goal here is to provide you with useful information about myself and the therapy and personal development services I offer in Docklands and Baker St, Central London. I believe psychotherapy should be affordable, accountable, confidential and effective. It is my aim to offer accessible, professional counselling and psychotherapy to all.

    How can psychotherapy be helpful?
